Todd Lang really began his career as a butcher at the young age of 14, working at BJ Weisberg Meats at the West Side Market. He continued working weekends during his high school years and later went on to be a meat wholesaler in the Cleveland area.
In October 2001, Todd and his wife Maria, opened Lang's Butcher Block & Deli in the Royalwood Plaza located in North Royalton, Ohio. Todd and Maria's business plan was to take part in the local community and open a full-service butcher shop supplying customers with all natural fresh quality meats and poultry. Their homemade kielbasa and italian sausage is made daily from fresh pork butts and shoulders.
You will find a fine variety in the deli case, including hams, turkey, salami, bologna, pastrami and roast beef, to name a few. The potato, chicken and macaroni salads are made from family recipes and are very popular with the customers.
For a summer steak barbecue, stop by Lang's Butcher Block & Deli and pick-up some porterhouse, strip, filets or ribeyes. You can partner those with some Alaskan King Crab Leg, shrimp or scampi.
